The Big Lottery fund (the Fund) is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the second stage of its Frameworks for Shared Learned and Development (FSLD) supporting the Fulfilling Lives – A Better Start strategic funding programme.
In scoping this contract the ABS team have conducted market testing and the results are summarised in Annex 5.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The contract term is 6 years and 3 months ending 31.3.2025. The Fund shall have the option to extend for up to a further 1 year at no additional cost. The Fund reserves the right to award further similar work to the successful bidder under this contract and therefore the potential total value of the contract could rise. Bids in excess of 1.25 million GBP will be excluded.
