North Devon Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to manage and operate its two theatres:
(1) The Queens Theatre, Barnstaple; and
(2) The Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe, Devon.
The contract will include an internal repairing building lease for each theatre and a single management contract with a view to appointing a suitable partner to take over the running of the theatres, thereby transferring the business of the theatres and all their activities to an external party.
