Description of renewals:
24 month maximum extension consisting of a 12 month plus 12 month extension provided the contractor has demonstrated competency in delivery. This being at the sole discretion of the client.

III.1) Conditions for participation
III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:
The bidder must be Gas Safe registered as shall be all engineers and supervisory staff involved on the contract. They shall have qualifications to allow working on the full range of appliances and equipment found in domestic properties.

The bidder should complete Section 4B.1.1. and section 4B.2.1 detailing last 3 years figures. The Association may ask the bidder to submit accounts to confirm their declaration.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:
The contractor must have the ability to perform contracts of the scope, size and nature similar to the Works as described in the ITT contract documents
The bidder must be able to provide a call handling facility 24 per day 7 days per week and have an electronic management system capable of recording all data including engineers in the field having mobile data devices which update the system in real time and allows the clients real time access via a web portal.
The bidder shall be Gas safe registered and engineers and supervisors shall be suitably qualified
Quality Assurance schemes — the bidder should hold UKAS (or equivalent)independent compliance with BS EN ISO9001 and BS OHSAS 18001 or equivalent or have within the last 12 months successfully met the assessment requirements of a construction related scheme in membership of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). If no certification available then specify other means of proof relating to the Quality Assurance schemes
