The Great Places Housing Group Investment Framework 2019-2023 includes lots consisting of: kitchen and bathroom (and electrical re-wiring) supply and installations; window and door supply and installations; and pitched roofing supply and installations. Great places housing group also requires improvement in the economic well-being of the communities through the provision of the works, as further detailed in the procurement documents.
