The authority wishes to contract with a potential supplier for the provision of grounds maintenance services across the Parliamentary Estate. The required works, services and supplies are likely to include, but are not limited to, the following:
— the maintenance, by cutting, treating and feeding, of all grassed areas on the Parliamentary Estate,
— the planting and maintenance of all planted borders and planters/troughs on the Parliamentary Estate,
— the pruning and maintenance of all trees, shrubs and hedges on the Parliamentary Estate,
— the removal of all waste from the above activities.
The successful contractor must be capable of providing and coordinating the input of all of the above (and any additional similar or related) works, services and supplies necessary for delivery of the contract within the required timescale.

After applying the pass/fail criteria, a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 potential suppliers achieving the highest weighted scores, resulting from application of the selection criteria stated within this MoI and the SQ, will be invited to tender. Less than 8 potential tenders may be invited to tender if there is a gap exceeding 5 % of the higher score between that of a score and the next highest.
