    Description of options:
    The budget stated in II.1.5 is the overall budget (exclusive of VAT) for this programme including extension options. The initial contract will be issued for up to 1 900 000 GBP (inclusive of all applicable VAT/taxes) for a duration of 36 months. The contract may be increased up to an additional 1 500 000 GBP and/or 36 months subject to approvals, programme and supplier performance, the need and situation on the ground.
    DFID reserves the right to scale back or discontinue this programme at any point in line with the terms and conditions and as per the tender documents. DFID may also scale up the programme should it prove to be having a strong impact and has the potential to yield better results in line with the Terms and conditions and as per the tender documents.
