Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is establishing an open framework agreement for the provision of adult skills and family learning providers. The FW is open for use by LCC only. the procurement was conducted under part 3 Regulation 74 to 76 social and other specific services of the Public contract Regulations 2015. This allows the Council flexibility to build the procurement to suit its needs. the FW has been established using the open procedure during the initial and all future call-offs (further competitions) these will be conducted with only those tenderers whoa re successfully admitted to the FW.
