Abstract

It is Partick Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract with a single main contractor for the provision of their gutter cleaning services and roof inspections to all of their stock throughout the Partick area of Glasgow. The contract duration is 3 years with an option to extend the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of 2 years. Extension of the contract will be subject to satisfactory quarterly reviews of the contractor’s performance by the association. A set of key performance indicators to which the contractor must perform will be included within the contract.
