Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to
work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. It
is anticipated that Tai Tarian will spend approximately 9.5 million over the period of the contract. The works are intended to be EWI,
Re-roofing, Re-rendering and other fabric works. All works on/in the properties carried out under the NEC4 option ‘A’ Contract (Priced
contract with activity schedule.)
