The authority is looking for Hard FM Services to replace the current service contracts held by NCHC. The contractor will provide the following services as part of the resultant contract:
CAFM and Helpdesk.
Framework value is calculated as follows:
Current NCHC annual Hard FM spend (including planned and reactive maintenance) = 1 689 000 GBP p/a. The contractor awarded to the framework will be responsible for procuring sub-contractor services through the Trust DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System), but sub-contractors will be directly contracted to the Trust, and managed by the contractor.
It is envisaged that NCHC will contract for at least 4 years under the framework, and the Trust make the assumption that approximately 2 thirds of the current contract value is attributable to planned and reactive maintenance works.
