In addition to this WCC expects to appoint 1 (one) secondary supplier who will be responsible for participating in mini-competition and subsequent project delivery if successful (such mini-competitions will only take place at the request of clients expending their own monies), and undertake any such works as required by the authority in the event that the primary supplier is unable to facilitate these.
All responsive works will be commissioned using the National Schedule of Rates (NSR).
