This procurement is for the provision of cleaning services and window cleaning within the North Somerset and surrounding areas. The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots. Tenderers may tender for 1, several or all lots. This procurement is being undertaken using the restricted procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is the intention of the contracting authority to take the top 5 scoring Potential providers at the selection stage will be invited to submit a full tender. NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes is the parent company of the Alliance Homes Group which comprises of: Alliance Homes (Ventures) Ltd, Alliance Living Care Ltd, Alliance Homes Rented Ltd, Alliance Homes Sales Ltd and Alliance Homes Partnerships Ltd. Any current or future member of the current Alliance Homes group of companies may contract through this procurement.
