EMSCU is acting on behalf of the contracting authority to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise using the light touch regime under Schedule 3 (open procedure) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national framework agreement for IT Training Programme. The framework consists of 3 lots:
Lot 1: Technical Courses;
Lot 2: Non-Technical Courses;
Lot 3: Bespoke/Custom Courses. Bidders that have been awarded either Lots 1 or 2 will also be awarded Lot 3 if they have the ability to provide (Not Scored).

However, could include technical and non-technical business skills. Typical topic areas required under this Lot include, but are not restricted to:

In addition, a police participant established under Section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces, UK Emergency Services including UK Ambulance Trusts https://aace.org.uk/uk-ambulance-service/, UK Fire and Rescue Services http://www.cfoa.org.uk/12072, Police Crime Commissioners http://www.apccs.police.uk/find-your-pcc/ and the wider UK public sector bodies which include:
