In order to regulate any liabilities that may arise as a result of the establishment and use of the framework by other contracting authorities, the Authority has developed a members access agreement.
It shall be a conditions precedent that other contracting bodies enter into the members access agreement prior to calling off services pursuant to this framework. A members access agreement is available to the customers of the authority's design and construction grounds and cleaning support service.
This service provides advice and support to customers on matters relating to the provision of building cleaning, supervision and caretaking services. In the case of building cleaning, this is where work is carried out by external contractors or by staff managed by the school.
