The Regenda Group have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake the servicing, maintenance and repairs to access control systems including door entry systems, access control, warden call systems and auto security gates/doors/barriers and repair of CCTV systems. Services are required at approximately 315 properties owned/managed by the Regenda Group.
It is intended that the contract entered into will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions.
Regenda will utilise JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments. The estimated contract value is c.300 000 GBP per annum.
Procurement for housing have been appointed by the Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.

Regenda is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need. The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries M&Y maintenance and construction, Redwing Living (private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared ownership and sales), McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living, Petrus Community, Alder Training Ltd, Positive Footprints and Centre 56. The resulting contract can be utilised by each part of the Group and also any future subsidiaries of the group.

The Regenda Group incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
