The framework will cover the following Network Rail Routes: LNW, South East, Wessex and Western. These 4 routes will form the following 4 Lots:

The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive

Explanation

The services are Rail Specific and therefore the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) was used as the route to market for this requirement. This requirement is largely Rail specific and requires suppliers that are knowledgeable in Railway Infrastructure to support drainage services. This is a RISQS auditable category and therefore the market was approached inviting suppliers under the following RISQS codes CC3.26 and HG3.6. The RISQS portal is open to any suppliers to register and is available at: https://www.risqs.org/
