WM Housing Group wishes to enter into an agreement with a service provider to conduct periodic testing of electrical communal spaces and emergency lighting discharge services. The contract will initially run for a period of 2 years with provision to extend every 2 years for a maximum of 10 year. The geographical areas of operation will be across Coventry, Birmingham, Worcester, Hereford and other geographical areas which the Group has vested interest or other contractual interest, throughout the duration of the contract agreement.

WM Housing Group reserves the right to change, vary, suspend, cancel or extend the timetable applicable to the ITT exercise or any stage of it for any reason and at any time and if it does so shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the tenderer in consequence. WMHG reserves the right to withdraw award notice up until contracts have been signed by both parties.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
WM Housing Group will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Generally any such action must be brought within 30 days from the date the aggrieved party knew or ought to have known about the alleged breach. Where the contract agreement has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order WM Housing Group to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract agreement has been entered into the Court may only award damages or may in certain circumstances declare the contract award to be ineffective.
