WM Housing Group seeks to appoint a service provider who can deliver high quality, professional, value for money services, works or supplies required in servicing of Fire Alarms and portable firefighting equipment. The service provider must be a member of the BAFE with a proven track record of being able to deliver annual servicing of fire alarms and portable fire-fighting equipment and must be able to complete all the services and works required in house in all our specified areas in the time frame required. They must be able to work via the WM Housing Group portal.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
WMHG seeks to appoint a service provider for the servicing of fire alarms and portable fire fighting equipment, who will be able to deliver the high quality, professional, value for money services, works or supplies required. The service provider must be a member of the BAFE and must be able to complete all the services works required in house. They must be able to work via the WM Housing Group portal, and with a proven track record providing annual servicing for our fire alarms and portable fire-fighting equipment in multiple locations.

WM Housing Group reserves the right to change, vary, suspend, cancel or extend the timetable applicable to the ITT exercise or any stage of it for any reason and at any time and if it does so shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the tenderer in consequence. WMHG reserves the right to withdraw award notice up until contracts have been signed by both parties.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
WM Housing Group will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, can take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Generally any such action must be brought within 30 days from the date the aggrieved party knew or ought to have known about the alleged breach. Where the contract agreement has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order WM Housing Group to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract agreement has been entered into the Court may only award damages or may in certain circumstances declare the contract award to be ineffective.
