The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Adult Learning and Employment Service (ALES) has appointed a number of delivery partners to provide an approved programme of adult learning provision that will be delivered to a specified number of learners in the academic year 1.8.2019 to 31.7.2020.
