It is our intention to award contracts to up to three agencies per job discipline. The trust anticipates that the PSL will consist of both specialised and broad recruitment agencies.
NCS Trust has a requirement for support with recruitment of the roles outlined above.
In 2017 — 2018 NCT Trust’s permanent headcount increased by over 100 permanent employees ranging from entry level roles to C-level positions on our senior leadership. We anticipate growth by approx. the same number in 2018-19 with the majority of our roles being based at our London office and a small number in our other UK offices located in Newcastle and Exeter.
