London Luton Airport utilises multi-function printers throughout its estate for printing, copying and scanning documents. Currently the airport leases 31 printing devices with our current vendor. This agreement is coming to an end in November 2020 LLA are looking for a supplier to provide like-for-like services and where possible to reduce this quantity of printers. This agreement will be for a 5-year lease of equipment. We also have a requirement to purchase one printer to replace one of the two units onsite that are owned by LLA.
