Abstract

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council (the Council) is seeking a supplier to supply and deliver fresh meat and poultry to Council catering outlets Monday-Saturday (with the exception of Public Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

The Council spends approximately GBP 40 000 per annum on the supply and delivery of fresh meat and poultry (not including frozen meat and poultry).

The contract will be for two years with the option to extend annually for a further 3 years (2 + 1 + 1 + 1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for 5 years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 1 November 2020.
