Total quantity or scope of tender
Cardiff University has a significant international student population, and is seeking to extend its provision of coach collection in Autumn 2020 to include both new and returning students.
It appears likely there will be a smaller overall number of incoming international students. However, the University anticipates a greater proportion will prefer to use arranged transportation as a result of anxieties over domestic UK travel; therefore, the increase in demand for our coach service may not proportionately reflect the decrease in new international students.
The University requires the flexibility to increase / decrease requirements as required.
Scope of requirements:
In the region of up to 1,650 students to be transferred from airport to halls of residence
Provisional transfer dates, please note these will be subject to change.
