The award of contracts under this tender were delayed due to the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This left some bidders unclear as to whether they could take on and fulfill contracts in such difficult and challenging conditions. After many further discussions and the inclusion of Covid-19 in the list of possible force majeure events we have now been able to secure signed contracts with all parties that were successful in the tender process and as such are now in a position to be able to publish the relevant award notice for these contracts.
