The new system will be a fully supplier-hosted system based on open technologies enabling interface/integration with other systems, both in and outbound.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Crawley Homes, a department within Crawley Borough Council, provides management and maintenance services to residential, commercial and public buildings in and around Crawley, including the Council's housing stock, as well as other housing-related services. The Council wishes to procure a new housing management solution that will be used by Crawley Homes to manage and support the following key business areas:
• reporting,
• tenancy management,
• ASB,
• rent, arrears and service charge processes,
• repairs,
• voids and lettings including garages,
• property cleansing and clearance,
• asset management,
• contact management including complaints,
• right to buy and right to buy back,
• leasehold management, including Section 20 processes The new system will be a fully supplier-hosted system based on open technologies enabling interface/integration with other systems, both in and outbound. The contract will be for an initial six (6) years including implementation with the possibility to extend for up to an additional forty-eight (48) months.
