Wales and West Utilities (WWU) is currently undertaking a major transformation programme. Underpinning this, our information technology applications and infrastructure are undergoing significant change. We have a vision to become a more agile IT organisation focused on delivering increased business value and have developed a strategy to support this vision. As part of our transformation journey we plan to issue a small number of major IT-related tenders between now and mid-2021. The objective of the first of these tenders is to procure a fully managed service (or services) to include SAP S/4 & SAP SaaS, SAP S/4 Basis services, non-SAP Applications support services, database administration services and applications project services.
