Reactive repair and planned maintenance service including new key fob management system the existing door entry systems have been maintained under contract and as this has run its full term the service is being re-tendered. This tender will be used to award to a single contractor, two separate contracts for the service provision described herein. The first with Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) and the second with Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) and who will hereinafter be referred to as the employer. The awarded contracts will be co-administered by CBH. Both employers wish to enter into a 5-year service contract (3 years + 2 years possible extension based on performance) in order to derive benefits including social value benefits to both parties through long term collaboration and investment. It is expected that contracts will be signed and go live in November 2020.
