2.4 Total quantity or scope of tender

The implemented system will house 1,400 users across Hafod and contain several eLearning catalogues across Care, Housing, Support and Corporate Departments.

The intention of this procurement exercise is to identify a partner to work with us who best can provide a complete solution to all our requirements and enter into a period of a 2 year agreement with an option to extend by a further 2 x 1 year period based on successful annual review of the solution.
