Both the Soft and hard Facilities Management Services (FM) are provided by HMU through their FM service partner. There is a Non PFI Estate and at this time, the Non PFI Estate does not fall within the scope of this tender but may be added at a later stage.
The nature of PFI’s includes a large volume of documentation relating to the project and the process for managing the operational and financial performance of the contracts are complex and extensive with many of the processes being time critical. Therefore UCLH is looking for a contract management system that would have capacity to support a project of the size and complexity of the UCLH PFI project.
