The Inclusive Growth Plan, launched in March 2018, describes how our city and the Council will be transformed to deliver our vision and priorities. The transformation plan includes an action to develop our workforce as our greatest asset and we need to ensure they have the necessary skills to successfully deliver our transformation agenda whilst also meeting mandatory and legislative requirements and responsibilities.
