II.1.4) Short description
1.5. The scope of services for this ITT builds on well-established Sport England performance tools, namely Quest and National Benchmarking Service, and the momentum of the newly created Moving Communities data service to procure a supplier or consortium of suppliers to build upon the context set out above to develop, manage, and lead a data analysis, performance management and improvement service for public sector leisure, sport, physical activity and wellbeing services.
1.4. The anticipated contract value is up to £4,230,000 (excl VAT) for the total period of 48 months. The value of the contract for the initial term of 24 months is £2,150,000 (excl VAT) and for the extension is £2,080,000 (excl VAT). Contingency has been built into the figures and the total contract value will be funded through a mix of Sport England investment as well as third party income, predominately from Local Authorities and/or Leisure Service providers.
