The Council wishes to employ contractors with demonstrable means and experience to deliver a consistent and timely Flat Roofing Responsive Repair and Planned Maintenance service to its current housing stock of around 11,100 properties.

The framework will consist of four contractors to undertake various repairs on ‘call off’ basis using the Schedule of Rates
