Abstract

The framework contract will commence on 23 November 2021 and its duration will be 4 years. This agreement will be made under the NEC3 Framework Contract (April 2013). The estimated total contract value is £4.75m. A maximum number of 5 suppliers will be appointed to the framework. All call-off contracts under the framework will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (April 2013). The following areas of work may be required, although not exclusively:

•Historic landscape restoration including structural retaining elements such as landforms, banks, terraces, steps, and walls

•Restoration of scheduled listed monuments and their settings

•Restoration/ creation of lakes, ponds, wetlands

•Irrigation, drainage and sustainable urban drainage systems

•Planting and habitat restoration including woodlands, meadows, and scrub

•Detailed soft landscape/ planting in high quality horticultural areas

•Playgrounds and incidental play features

•Sports facilities - pitches, courts, and greens

•Detailed high-quality hard landscape construction including settings to cafes, toilets, courtyards, and park facilities

•Car parks, roads, pavements, footpaths, cycle routes

•Lighting, signage, bins, park furniture
