Abstract
Cardiff University School of Medicine requires a business partner to provide an ad-hoc taxi transportation services for patients under various health boards to attend hospitals appointments as and when required within their or other health board areas for the University’s ACCELERATE (Welsh Health Innovation Technology Accelerator) Project. The successful business partner will transport patients from their homes or place of residence to the hospital and when the appointment has finished collect them ( separate booking request) and transport them back to their home or place of residence (waiting is not required). The main Hospital is currently Heath Hospital, Heath Park Way, Cardiff CF14 4XW however other hospitals could be added within the various health boards.
The framework will be from award date to end of March 2022. However, if the programme continues then there is an option to extend for a further 2 - 6 months extensions this will be extended if further funding becomes available

Description of the contract
