Community Benefits for this Aberdyfi Wharf Improvement works is a Non – Core clause. The strategies or proposals are not assessed or marked however they shall form part of the Conditions of Contract following the award.

The Tenderer shall complete the Community Benefits Strategy Template found in Appendix D and to be submitted as Technical question 4.
