Abstract

Powys County Council has appointed a suitably experienced and qualified service provider for the delivery of Leadership and Management Development training. The Council has appointed a provider to design and deliver high quality, bespoke Leadership and Management Development training to support the objective within the Council's Workforce Strategy which outlines the high-level activities that will develop the structure, capabilities, skills and engagement of the workforce to ensure Vision 2025 is a success. The Contract will be for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The Contract is intended to start on September 2021 or as otherwise agreed.
