Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the demolition of the existing block of 18 flats at Craven Court, Bournemouth, and the construction of 24 new flats with associated vehicular access, parking and associated groundworks.
The scheme provides 100% affordable homes that will help contribute to the overall delivery of BCP’s affordable housing target in the Borough.
Planning permission for the redevelopment of the Craven Court site was granted on 07 May 2021.

The length of the contract is 18 months. The successful bidder will be expected to commence the works in January 2022. The successful bidder will be required to ensure the works are completed by July 2023.
