The provision of the full contracted maintenance of Lifts upon Cardiff University Campus , including all Planned Preventative Maintenance (to SFG schedules as listed in Appendix 1.0 of the tender documents and Original Equipment Manufacturers O&M requirements, Statutory Thorough Examinations (in accordance with LOLER 1998 (L113), PUWER 1998 (L22) and HSE INDG 339) and all associated Emergency call-outs, Reactive call-outs and Reactive Maintenance across the University Estate as detailed within the tender specification and all its associated referenced documents, guidance, regulations, schedules and appendices.

Cardiff University will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to bidders.
That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful bidders to clarify or query the award decision before the contract is entered into. The UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
