The University of Bedfordshire is looking for a supplier to provide parking services for it's staff.
The following requirements are mandatory requirements of this tender:-
• 250 spaces minimum with the option to extend to 350 spaces
• 0.5 mile from Vicarage St, Luton LU1 3JU
• Secure parking with 24 hours security
• Barrier support for any staff that require help
• Dedicated management of account
• Up to a maximum of five years. The contract will be reviewed each year and renewed by the University with the agreement of both parties in writing. Renewal is dependent on the service provider meeting the KPI's along with value for money. The University reserves the right not to renew on the yearly renewal date.
