The main aim of the Centre is to serve the local community and the facilities and provisions are extensive. The Centre has teaching rooms, a ceramic room, art and design rooms, a theatre, 2 IT suites and a large function room. The Centre has something for everybody. A variety of courses are held during the day and evening aimed at people of all ages and background. You can venture on a language course, card making, photography, computing and aromatherapy amongst others.
The cafe is being offered for lease on the following terms (further details available on request):
5-year Internal Repair Insurance lease
Offers in the region of £10,000 per annum plus VAT.
Lessee to be responsible for utilities and Service charge costs
Tenant to be responsible for Public Liability Insurance (min 7.5M)
Size: Approximately 202.72m2 (2181 sqf) GIA
Tenant to achieve a minimum 4-star food hygiene rating
Occupation to complement the existing education provision within the building
