Abstract

The works are located on a rural road just outside residential area referred locally as Colwyn Heights, in the town of Colwyn Bay. The works comprise of two main elements of work. First section involves installing new drainage system and installing a new headwall. The second element of works is to install new kerbing to designed levels to improve existing cross-falls within the area. The road construction works will be carried out by others.
