The London Borough of Wandsworth (the "Council") is carrying out a market engagement exercise to help inform the future commissioning and procurement plans in respect of a Framework Agreement for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Home and Community Care Service for children and young people in Wandsworth. The proposed service will provide home-based domiciliary care and community-based short breaks for children and young people and the Council is keen to hear from all interested providers that can deliver the service. We are seeking written responses to the questions set out in the Market Testing Questionnaire which is available on the Delta e-sourcing portal. The questionnaire submission deadline is 12 noon on 14 August 2023. The Council also intends to host a virtual Meet the Buyer event on Monday 21st August 2023, please see questionnaire for details. The total value of the framework is estimated at £1.189m per annum.
