  Livv Housing Group sought bids from service providers to participate in a tender process for the provision of cleaning services in the Merseyside area. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include the cleaning of:
  - Extra care facilities
  - Community centres
  - Livv Housing Group offices
  Full detail of the locations to be cleaned and service specification could be found within the Supporting Information folder provided with this tender.
  The outcome of the tender process is a single contract with one service provider. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months on each occasion, up to a maximum 4 years total contract term, subject to Livv Housing Group requirements and the performance of the successful service provider (2+1+1).
