Abstract

Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) and Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) are collaboratively going out to market to seek ICT solutions across a range of goods and services. Collectively both Multi-Academy Trusts represent 59 schools, 11 secondary and 48 primary. In total this covers 2,800 members of staff and almost 24,000 students.

Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) is a fundamental part of the newly agreed Newcastle and Hexham Catholic Diocese Trust model, with a current position of 47

schools, soon to be 48, covering the west of the Diocesan region. BWCET is a mix of 5 secondary schools, 41 primary, 1 first school and 1 middle school which supports 16,500students and includes 2,000 members of staff. The aim of Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust is to provide an outstanding education for all students attending schools within the Trust.

Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is a Multi Academy Trust consisting of a mix of 7 primary and 7 secondary academies, 5850 students and 800 staff, but are a growing Trust with another 3 schools joining from January 2023, growing to 5850. ALP will continue to grow over the next 3 years. The aim of Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is to give children and young people from all backgrounds an outstanding education. In doing so, they will acquire the values, skills, knowledge and understanding to prepare them for success both in the classroom and beyond.

Both Trusts have their own individual strategies and visions for the future of ICT however they are aligned in what they would like to achieve and how they will achieve this, as well as the challenges they are currently facing.

Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) and Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) are collaboratively going out to market to seek ICT solutions across a range of goods and services. Collectively both Multi-Academy Trusts represent 59 schools, 11 secondary and 48 primary. In total this covers 2,800 members of staff and almost 24,000 students.

Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) is a fundamental part of the newly agreed Newcastle and Hexham Catholic Diocese Trust model, with a current position of 47

schools, soon to be 48, covering the west of the Diocesan region. BWCET is a mix of 5 secondary schools, 41 primary, 1 first school and 1 middle school which supports 16,500students and includes 2,000 members of staff. The aim of Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust is to provide an outstanding education for all students attending schools within the Trust.

Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is a Multi Academy Trust consisting of a mix of 7 primary and 7 secondary academies, 5850 students and 800 staff, but are a growing Trust with another 3 schools joining from January 2023, growing to 5850. ALP will continue to grow over the next 3 years. The aim of Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) is to give children and young people from all backgrounds an outstanding education. In doing so, they will acquire the values, skills, knowledge and understanding to prepare them for success both in the classroom and beyond.

Both Trusts have their own individual strategies and visions for the future of ICT however they are aligned in what they would like to achieve and how they will achieve this, as well as the challenges they are currently facing.

ICT Solutions Partnership

This tender is made up of 10 Lots covering core products and services that are regularly required by both Trusts. We are looking to award a single supplier per Lot to deliver value for money and outstanding products and services.
