Abstract

Refurbishment and alterations to Holyhead Enterprise Centre into the new Lighthouse Homeless Hub, along with the upgrading of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical installations to provide significant improvements in energy efficiency and achieve an EPC rating of A. As well as a general internal refurbishment, alterations are needed to provide spaces suitable for purpose. The building fabric will be upgraded thermally by introduction of measures such as roof insulation, window / glazing replacement and external wall insulation.
