Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health Board has awarded contracts for the provision of Learning Disability Support Services. The aims of the service are: The aim is to support Service Users and/or Carers of all ages, with Learning Disabilities, whom also have mental health condition(s). To support Service Users and/or Carers to remain as independent as is possible, continue to live in their current homes and be integrated into the community to reduce the feeling of isolation.
