  Brighton & Hove City Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Home Care services. 
  The services required fall under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). As a result, this procurement is undertaken under the 'Light Touch Regime' as detailed in Section 7 of PCR 2015.
  Providers are required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission ('CQC').
  The Council is seeking to award contracts to a provider for one area and Back-up providers for two areas via this procurement process. Providers may submit tenders for Lead or Back up as described in the ITT.
