The University of York wishes to invite tenders to for a framework agreement for Coach Hire with Driver Services. The coach hire with driver services will be required throughout the year to support events such as fieldtrips, open days, outreach events, conferencing (both on and off campus), international travel, college day trips, agent and school visits, student theatre trips. The framework agreement will be split into the following Lots: o Lot 1: Hire Costs with driver – up to 12-seater mini-bus.o – 16-seater coach/ mini-bus.o – up to 22-seater coach.o – up to 36-seater coach.o – up to 49-seater coach.o – up to 60-seater coach.o – up to 60-seater wheelchair accessible coach.o - up to 60+ seater coach/ bus.o Lot 2: Hire Costs with driver - wheelchair accessible coach o - coach with toilet facilities.
