Leidos Supply Limited are commencing a procurement exercise for First Aid Kits and First Aid bags for kit modules in early 2025 with a view to awarding a 4-year contract mid-year.
This prior information notice is not a means to submit a formal expression of interest in respect of any potential tender. Any resultant requirement will be subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action.
Any interested suppliers wishing to participate in the tender exercise should note their interest by responding to this PIN by 20 September 2024.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Team Leidos wishes to stimulate interest, information and views across the market for the requirement for First Aid Kits and Bags for module kits via this PIN together with other companies whom Leidos believes may be able to provide useful intelligence on our requirement.
This requirement is needed to enable first responders to administer aid prior to medics arriving, it also enables small injuries to be dealt with at the point of injury, allowing the injured personnel to carry on their duties, and reduce the risk of infection and if needed to also help others.
Lot 1: For example, the following kits are currently being utilised:

In April 2015 the MOD signed a thirteen year contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services) historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to invite tenders for its supply and delivery of First Aid Kits and empty Bags for First Aid Kit Modules.
