The below comprise the high level scope of the Requirement:
The provision of car park management services comprising the operation of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems, payment terminals and cashless payment platforms, patrol based enforcement, revenue reconciliation and reporting and support to client business development activities in relation to car parking. Support to the provision and management of EV charging infrastructure. Delivery of a staff permit/white list system.

List and brief description of conditions:
Completion and return of the Supplier Selection Questionnaire, as well as all ancillary documentation, is mandatory regardless of the number of lots for which the Economic Operator expresses an interest in.
Procurement Documentation currently in draft and subject to minor amendments prior to completion of the Supplier Selection Questionnaire.
Respondents to this call for competition should list any relevant accreditations and certifications including for example:
